With this in mind all our maintenance contracts adopt a preventative approach. Depending of the terms of the contract a skilled engineer will visit your site on a agreed regular basis to carry out checks to ensure that the systems are working to peak efficiency, and any potential problems identified and rectified.

If a problem does occur the first point of call is our technical help desk. One of our skilled Technical support staff will take your call and try a solution over the phone, our agent can dial into your network to try and solve any problems remotely. If this fails then a call will be placed to one of our field service engineers, who will be on site well within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) from the first point of contact. From information provided to our field service engineer from our contact centre a solution can be reached quickly and effectively.
